The Youth Critic Retrospective #1 Conan The Barbarian.

Danilo Martinez and I kick off the 15 episode summer series where The Youth Critic (Yours Truly) reviews with a group of panelists a movie released back in the summer of 82. This week we are reviewing Conan The Barbarian starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.

As we go through this series, two things should be noted:

1. We’re skipping Rocky 3, Firefox, Annie, and Friday the 13th part 3 for this series. We already did Rocky 3 back in December and I have plans for the other three movies for another time.

2. We are going to look at five other films that didn’t come out during 82 that are also celebrating a milestone this year.

Here’s the full slate:

May 14th – Conan the Barbarian

May 18- Alien podcast/ 25th anniversary of Alien 3

May 21st– The Road Warrior

May 24th– Star Wars

May 29th– Poltergeist
